WHAT I'M BEST AT

In Dometic Italy Marine, I had the opportunity to work in a really dynamic and demanding environment, totally Customer focused and Market oriented, such as the Luxury Yachts & Super-Yachts market. I got involved in different projects and curried out various responsibilities: from Field Service Support to Product Compliance for Marine Standards, from Product Validation & Testing to Product Development Coordination.

Through my work experience at Siemens Italia instead, in addition to some technical capabilities, I also developed strong communication skills, confidence in managing presentations, training and testing sessions in presence of the clients. I got used to work both in team and autonomously always  with responsibility, not only to my colleagues but also to our due dates.

I've always been a positive person, full of energy, entusiasm and happy to trasmit it to my classmates as president and member of the student council during my school years, to my teammates as the captain of the soccer team I was part of and to the soldiers that I was responsible for as an officer during my military service.

WHAT I BELIEVE?

Point to lean yourself by exploiting every new project. Your project's results, the recognition from your boss and the admiration from your customers will be just a consequence. Also, the satisfaction for your personal improvement will be greater than any other achievement.
